Interceptor Plus 50.1-100 lbs Dogs prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis. The formula treats and controls infections caused by all the common intestinal worms including adult roundworms, adult hookworms and adult whipworms. This monthly protection for dogs is also useful in the treatment and control of adult tapeworms.

Interceptor Plus (Interceptor Spectrum) Blue is made using a powerful composition by combining milbemycin oxime (23mg) and praziquantel (228mg). The formula works by interfering with the central nervous system of the parasites.
Milbemycin oxime kills heartworm larvae and provides 100% efficacy against induced heartworm infections when given once every month for six successive months. It also treats and controls adult roundworm, hookworm and whipworm infections. Praziquantel exhibits 100% effectiveness against various species of adult tapeworms.
