What is Selehold for Dogs?
Selehold is a generic version of Revolution. Having been formulated with the same ingredients and composition as that of Revolution, Selehold beats Revolution when it comes to affordability. Selehold is an effective topical formulation to fight multiple parasites in dogs. Its monthly application treats and controls fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae, ticks, roundworms, ear mites, and biting lice. Additionally, it prevents sarcoptic mange and heartworm disease. Selehold is suitable for use on dogs older than 6 weeks of age. It also works for breeding, pregnant or lactating dogs.
How does Selehold for Dogs work?
The active ingredient of Selehold is selamectin. Selamectin paralyzes and/or kills parasites by disturbing their normal neurotransmission. This causes the inhibition of the electrical activity of nerve cells in roundworms and muscle cells in fleas, leading to the death of these parasites.
Selehold is safe to use for dogs and puppies older than 6 weeks of age.
