What is Frontline Plus?
Frontline Plus is a fast-acting flea and tick treatment for dogs. The topical solution kills all existing fleas on your dog within 12 hours and eliminates ticks and chewing lice within 48 hours. Frontline Plus stops reproduction by killing fleas, flea eggs and larvae. The powerful content of frontline plus stops flea infestation by not only destroying adult fleas but also killing the next generation of flea eggs and larvae. The monthly flea and tick preventive kills ticks including those that may transmit Lyme disease. The long-lasting formula works non-stop for 30 days on dogs. The waterproof solution remains effective even when your dog gets wet.
Suitable for dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older.
How Does Frontline Plus for Dogs Work?
Frontline Plus contains 2 tough killing ingredients – Fipronil and (s)-Methoprene. The first ingredient fipronil kills adult fleas and ticks. The second ingredient destroys flea eggs and larvae. Both the ingredients store in the oil glands in your pet's skin. And works together to kill fleas all month long by self-distributing continuously to your pet's hair and skin. The topical treatment helps prevent flea infestation on your pet.
